Just Recruitment paying for two days of vital care and support service

Just Recruitment is paying for two days of care and support from East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) across Suffolk and East Essex today and tomorrow, having raised a superb £12,631.62 last year.

EACH needs to raise £5,600 a day to provide its vital service and Just Recruitment has given more than twice that by taking part in a skydive, sponsoring the charity’s quiz nights and donating £10 for every placement made during the year.

Jenny wrighton, Just Recruitment Founder and MD, said: “Just Recruitment has always seen itself as a company rooted in the local community and we believe passionately in the value of EACH’s work in the region.”

Vicky Matthews, EACH Suffolk Corporate Fundraiser, said: “Just Recruitment’s commitment to supporting EACH in 2018 was fantastic and I’m delighted to have presented them with an award to recognise that at [EACH’s hospice in Ipswich] The Treehouse today. The amount they raised last year will help us ensure families receive the vital care they need over the next two days. It’s been a pleasure to work with Peter Foy and his team, and everyone at EACH is delighted with their continued support in 2019, including being headline sponsor of Happy Christmas Ipswich.”

Happy Christmas Ipswich is an evening of comedy being organised by Griff Rhys Jones in aid of EACH. There will be an all-star lineup, with Lee Mack, Al Murray, Jess Robinson, Stephen K. Amos, Katy Brand and Andy Parsons just some of the names already announced. The event is to take place at Ipswich’s Regent Theatre on Tuesday, 3 December.
