Leading investment experts, Dimensional, and low-cost model portfolio service provider, Betafolio, are hitting the road with their popular joint events on ‘Reimagining Financial Advice to fit an ever-changing world’.
The 2-hour events will be held in 12 towns and cities across the UK throughout April, May and June.
Advisers and paraplanners will hear from Dimensional’s practice management team on how to ‘Be the Best: The High Tech, High Growth Adviser Business’. This will be followed by the Betafolio team taking a look at ‘How great technology can help advisers to demonstrate the value of their advice’ and the huge difference it makes to their clients’ futures. The event is topped off by Betafolio’s Investment expert, Laurentius van den Worm, who will be examining Active versus Passive investing and how it’s not a black and white debate.
Betafolio uses cutting-edge technology to cut out unnecessary costs for advisers while improving the long-term investment returns for their clients and was previously named as the “Youngest standout growing DFM provider” by Investment Week. Its investment process uses a hundred years of empirical evidence, decades of academic research by renowned economists and the practices of leading institutional investors.
Ed Carey, Chief Commercial Officer at Betafolio, explains: “It’s been way too long since we’ve been able to meet face-to-face and we’re thrilled to be out on the road with Dimensional, especially since we’ve recently announced that we’re offering their Core and Core+ Wealth portfolios on a discretionary Managed basis. We have some excellent research and insight to share which, along with the practical elements in Dimensional’s session, make this a really valuable event for advisers. We can’t wait to see everyone there.”
