Paddy & Scott’s Cafe Set to Open in Colchester

Suffolk coffee company, Paddy & Scott’s, has announced that it will be joining Colchester’s Northern Gateway Sports Park, when it opens its doors on 26th April.

The new £28.8 million Northern Gateway facility, which is located off junction 28 of the A12, is unique in Essex in featuring a 1-mile floodlit cycle track. The 76-acre sport and leisure facility also features a learn to ride facility and cycle pump track for children, alongside 3G pitches, grass rugby pitches, a multi-use sports centre, indoor cricket, badminton, and futsal. Residents and visitors will also be able to enjoy a fitness suite, exercise and dance studios, an interactive velo studio and after a workout people will be able to meet with a friend and refuel with a craft coffee and treats at Paddy & Scott’s new cafe.

Paddy & Scott’s, a brand that focuses on sustainability, accountability and first and foremost, serving great coffee, will be opening its first cafe in Colchester and offering a fantastic range of craft coffee, served up by a team of expert baristas.

Revolutionising the coffee world with its ambitious Kenyan Farm Project, which has formed a collective of coffee enthusiasts, each owning a tree on the estate, Paddy & Scott’s ploughs profits back into the farm and its community of growers and workers.
