To wrap up the 2022 season they are thrilled to welcome special guest speaker, former Premier League footballer turned elite performance psychologist Paul McVeigh.
Paul will discuss the mental tools required to boost the performance of leaders and their teams. These tools are more important than ever in the new hybrid working world, and he will outline how they can help us to understand our mindset and thinking habits, and how in turn they help us learn the behaviours necessary for elite performance and success!
When: Tuesday 13 September 2022, 7:15am – 10:00am
Where: The Hangar, Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, IP5 2PU
Sponsored by Beckett Investment Management
As a Premier League and international football player for Tottenham Hotspur, Norwich City and Northern Ireland, Paul competed with and against the best players in the world on a daily basis which has shaped his understanding of his methodology of high performance. As a world-renowned expert in elite performance, Paul’s credibility comes from his unique combination of reaching the pinnacle of elite sport as well as being the first Premier League footballer to qualify with a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Paul has worked with companies such as Aviva, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, NatWest, Microsoft and more. He is also an established broadcaster on TV and radio with BBC, Sky Sports, BT Sport and author of ‘The Stupid Footballer is Dead’.
There will be time for networking at these events, with the chance to pose questions to Paul, round-table engagement with other local business leaders, and key takeaways to take back to the office!
