“First of all, we made our Valentine’s offerings flexible, because the special day itself falls in the middle of the week. So we’re giving people the whole run of the middle of February to plan when they want to indulge their romantic desires here at Tuddenham Mill.  Whether you want a weekend escape or midweek treat, we will indulge you with our romantic menu and some very special treats.”

“What can our guests expect? A beautiful secluded room, of course. From a Nook hideaway, with spectacular views of the meadow and an outside hot tub to enjoy those views*, to the splendour of our sophisticated and chic loft suites. Enhance your romantic getaway with champagne in your room, petals and a romantic turndown service.”

“Meanwhile, the mill will be busy preparing a romantic Valentines menu that starts with local oysters and horseradish aioli, a personal favourite, and a well-known delicacy. Or you could choose the Goosnargh chicken, cooked over coals with macadamia satay.”

“The exquisite starter will be followed by fillet of Irish beef, green peppercorns and smoked marrow, or you might opt for our very special Highland cod, with thyme dauphinoise and king cabbage. Don’t forget to leave room for the pudding, which you can choose from a stunning passionfruit baked Alaska with walnut caramel or our delicious sea buckthorn doughnuts with chocolate sauce and orange sugar. It’s certainly a menu to fall in love with.”
