Spider to guest on MHA Larking Gowen’s Bitesize Insights webinar
9/02/2021 - Spider
Spider is pleased to announce that we will be featured as the next guest in MHA Larking Gowen’s Bitesize Insights, a series of webinars which feature special guests who share their experiences and talk openly about themselves, their business and how they see the future. They share the challenges their business has overcome, what they have learnt from the last year, and how they plan to structure their business in the face of lockdown challenges, and beyond.
Partner at MHA Larking Gowen, Becky Ames, will interview Michelle Pollard, Managing Director of Spider, to discuss the immediate challenges facing Spider when the pandemic hit, including the impact this had on the acquisition of another business at that critical time. They will also talk about balancing client service with the necessity of furlough, and how, despite the challenges faced, this has been a positive year for Spider.
Michelle was named as the Institute of Directors SME Director of the Year 2018, representing the East of England. She is chair of Suffolk Business Women, a board member of Ipswich Chamber of Commerce, and an Inward Investment Ambassador for Suffolk.
With over 30 years’ experience, she was heavily involved in bringing strategic online recruitment to several key organisations across the region and nationally, and was considered part of the online recruitment revolution, being one of the earliest online recruitment adopters.
This conversation is not to be missed and will provide take-aways for you to use in your business.
