Spider welcomes two new recruits

The last 18 months have affected businesses and individuals in different ways, and we have all been hit with various situations to deal with.  However 2021 has seen a huge boom in the recruitment industry and a very competitive market. So, the last few months have been an exciting time at Spider and polkadotfrog and chief Spider Michelle Pollard is thrilled to welcome some new faces to the team as we now go into the next stage of growth.  It’s full steam ahead, so whilst we have 5 minutes spare, lets introduce you to them! 

 Stefan Mallet 

Stefan joined Spider as a Recruitment Specialist within Spiders traditional recruitment service, and will be specialising within Manufacturing, Construction, Technical and the Engineering sectors.  He is no stranger to the world of recruitment, with a whopping 10 years’ experience within the industry and therefore comes with heaps of knowledge and expertise.  When Stefan is not in the recruitment world he enjoys listening to music, watching it live and attending festivals.  Whilst still attempting to kick a football around a pitch most Saturday’s and midweek he also coaches a women’s football team Sunday’s.

Now, that is some multitasking! Welcome Stefan,  Spider HQ are very happy you have joined the team.

 Becki Bradfield 

Becki has joined the polkadotfrog team working with the fantastic Emma, as a Recruitment Consultant. She will be supporting clients with permanent and temporary roles within the commercial sectors and utilising her niche skills to attract great candidates.  Becki is not afraid of a challenge and has over 6 years’ experience in HR and Recruitment, she is extremely passionate about what she does and focuses on building brilliant new relationships and providing great customer service.   When she isn’t doing the above, Becki loves spending time with her family, retail therapy and jetting off on holiday! She is also partial to the odd gin or 2… not unlike someone else we know – Michelle *cough* Pollard.
