Tuddenham Mill, the three-rosette restaurant and boutique hotel based in the relaxing Suffolk countryside, has announced an exciting line up of events as we look ahead to the festive season.
The hotel and restaurant, which holds the accolade of the best restaurant in Suffolk from the Good Food Guide, began the Christmas season in November, as acclaimed Chef-Patron, Lee Bye, launched his first Fish Cookery Masterclass. This is a unique and exclusive opportunity to work with Lee and his team, learning techniques such as skinning, boning and filleting and Christmas dinner alternatives. On December 6th, Tuddenham Mill will be hosting a luxury wreath making masterclass, hosted by Floral Designer Sally Wilkinson. Sally will guide guests as they create an individual festive wreath, with scented foliage and a selection of decorative features of your choice. Guests can enjoy mulled Prosecco and Christmas canapes fresh from the award winning restaurant.
If that isn’t enough, Sally will also host a luxury Christmas table centre decoration class on 19th December. Guests can discover and learn how to arrange seasonal and fragrant flowers that capture the spirit of Christmas. On Friday 21st December, Tuddenham host a family friendly evening. The very talented Nicole Hope will be performing Christmas songs and children will have a chance to meet some very special guests – two of Father Christmas’ reindeer and a hand-tame owl. A BBQ, bonfire and mulled wine will all add to the winter wonderland atmosphere. This is a free event and everyone is welcome.

On Boxing Day Tuddenham Mill will open to non-residents, offering a traditional Roast Beef lunch.
If you prefer to venture out on Boxing Day evening, Tuddenham can offer a Chef’s Table Buffet Banquet – or, an interactive buffet grazing board! The chefs will carve the meat and talk about the produce they use. Craft beers and gin will be available for guests to buy.
